- The Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of Customs and Border Protection (COAC) (formally The Departmental Advisory
Committee on Commercial Operations of Customs and Border Protection and Related Homeland Security and originally known as
the Treasury Advisory Committee on Commercial Operations of the U.S. Customs Service), provides advice in support of ensuring
efficient administration of commercial operations of CBP and provides advice in support of efforts to secure supply chain
while maintaining flow of legitimate international commerce.
