Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). The percentage above is an estimate. CBP is unable to determine this percentage during the reporting period.Of the 124 recommendations for the lifespan of the committee, 29 are still in a pending status for a final disposition and decisions are expected in CY2011.FY 2010 there were 2 ISF outreach recommendations that were partially implemented and 3 progress report recommendations that were partially implemented. FY2009 - 1 recommendation on IPR Bonds that has been partially accepted Facilitation recommendations. FY 2008 - 2 recommendations were partially accepted from the 9 submitted FY 2008 recommendations on the NPRM which were addressed in the Interim Final Rule of November 25, 2008.FY 2007 - 6 out of the 32 recommendations regarding Advance Trade Data security filings have been or are expected to be partially implemented by the agency. This has been documented in CBP's response to COAC comments to the Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) on Advance Trade Data Security Filings. FY2006- 1 out of the 12 recommendations regarding Greenlane benefits for Tier 3 participants has been partially accepted (bond related recommendation).
