Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. The percentage above is an estimate. This is based on 7 additional FY2010 recommendations being fully implemented by the agency in FY2011 in addition to the previous 44 recommendations already implemented by the agency. The percentage was calculated based on a total of 80 recommendations from FY 2005-FY2011 (excluding those 29 recommendations that are still pending).In FY 2011 – 3 out of the 8 ISF FY2010 Outreach recommendations were fully implemented by the agency. 4 out of the 8 ISF FY2010 recommendations regarding the progress reports were fully implemented by the agency.29 of the FY2010 Recommendations are pending and a final disposition is expected in CY2011/2012.4 Air Cargo recommendations pending8 Global Supply Chain Security recommendations pending8 ISF recommendations are still pending9 Trade Facilitation recommendations are still pending.12 of the 64 FY 2010 recommendations were fully implemented by the agency in FY2010. This includes 4 of the trade facilitation recommendations, 6 of the bond recommendations and 2 of the ISF outreach recommendations. 3 of the 6 COAC FY2009 recommendations have been accepted ( 2 IPR/ 1 Trade Facilitation) and 3 (1 IPR, 1 Bond, and 1 Trade Facilitation recommendations) are still pending a final disposition. 6 of the 9 COAC FY2008 recommendations have been or expected to be fully implemented by the agency regarding the Interim Final Rule on Advance Trade Data Security Filings (NPRM 2007 - IRF: November 25, 2008).14 out of the 32 COAC FY 2007 recommendations have been or are expected to be fully implemented by the agency regarding Advance Trade Data security filings.Both of the 2 additional FY 2007 recommendations, the proposal on third party validator pilot program and the comments on the "Strategy to Enhance International Supply Chain Security." were accepted.7 out of 12 COAC FY 2006 Recommendations regarding Greenland Benefits for C-TPAT Tier 3 participants have been or are expected to be fully implemented by the agency.
