How can we qualify the customers? The potential users are going to search catalogs or better structured web sites for standards
that meet their needs. They are going to want to see case studies of uses of the standards and have tools or white papers
that help them to better understand their use in their organization. Once they have identified the standards that they feel
are appropriate for their organization, they are going to cite standards in RFPs or be vendors who have received an RFP that
cites standards. The vendors who receive RFPs/RFIs with standards identified are going to want to be able to find the standards
to ensure that their product and proposals meet the request.
