• Patrick Shea: Executive Director - Patrick Shea is Executive Director of the Investorside Research Association, a non-profit trade association representing over 80 independent investment research providers that do not engage in investment banking or research-for-hire. Investorside members constitute many of the leading investment research firms in the world, providing research that works purely for investors. Mr. Shea is also CEO/President of MarketPicture, a consulting practice offering advice and counsel to financial service organizations covering areas including M&A, regulatory compliance, trading & operations and sales & marketing. With over 30 years of Wall Street experience, Mr. Shea held management positions at Smith Barney, Kidder Peabody, UBS/PaineWebber and independent research start-up Precursor. Mr. Shea currently holds Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 27, 55, 63, 66 and 79 security licenses. A graduate of the University of South Florida accounting program, Mr. Shea formerly served as President of the USF Foundation and Chairman of the investment committee. He is also Past President of the USF Alumni Association nationally and Leadership Tampa Bay. Mr. Shea is a former U.S. Army helicopter pilot, decorated combat veteran and member of the Vietnam Helicopter Pilots Association.
