The purpose of this document is to set out the Agency's goals and objectives for the period 2006-2011, the actions required
to achieve those objectives and how the Agency expects to be perceived at the end of the given time frame. Unlike its predecessor,
the Medium Term Strategy (MTS) for 2001-2005, this iteration covers a six-year period, i.e. three complete programme and budget
cycles.
