3: XML Registry Services
If this objective were adopted, the purpose would be to determine whether to endeavor to renew the President's budget request
for the registry and/or to pursue other alternatives, e.g., encouraging agencies, LOBs, and eGov project managers to post
their schemas on the Web so that value-added service providers (e.g., USA.gov) can index them and facilitate discovery and
reuse of the elements and schema fragments they contain.
