3: Meetings
During the first six years of its existence, the xmlCoP met virtually every month to receive presentations and engage in discussion.
The purpose of this objective would be to determine whether to resume meeting regularly and, if so, whether to limit participation
in portions or all of some meetings to .gov employees only.
