Cooperate on regional integration. Other Information:
Regional integration contributes to the development of the global Information Society and makes strong cooperation within
and among regions indispensable. Regional dialogue should contribute to national capacity building and to the alignment of
national strategies with the goals of this Declaration of Principles in a compatible way, while respecting national and regional
particularities. In this context, we welcome and encourage the international community to support the ICT-related measures
of such initiatives.
