1: SAC Funding

Reinvigorate the Commission’s State Advisory Committees (SACs), consistent with budgetary resources.

Performance Measures: 1(a). Increase the number of SACs re-chartered annually. 1(b). Eliminate the backlog of SACs with charters that expire on or before January 30, 2007 by FY 2011. 1(c). Recharter SACs with charters expiring after January 30, 2007 within 60 days of charter expiration.
