Facilitating internships 29. UNEP will continue to promote and facilitate internship programmes for young people to gain experience and to provide support to the UNEP Children and Youth/Sport and the Environment Unit and to divisions and regional offices. UNEP will also encourage Governments to support youth interns and junior professional officers to gain experience with UNEP.
