Organizing the Tunza Advisory Council 24. UNEP will continue to provide a forum for youth from all regions to elect representatives to the Tunza Advisory Council. Twelve Tunza advisors (2 for each UNEP region), to be elected at the Tunza Conference, will represent youth at the Governing Council and at international and regional environmental negotiations to provide coordinated inputs on behalf of youth to these processes.
