Early Years -- The early years of life set the pattern for a children's future development. That's why we are working to improve
the support available from them and their families - particularly those who are most vulnerable - to help address some of
our most deep-seated problems - poverty, poor health and poor attainment. We are taking this forward through our three frameworks
- The Early Years Framework, Equally Well, our health inequalities framework and Achieving our Potential, our anti-poverty
framework. This will help all children and young people grow, develop and fulfil their full potential.
