support from the Scottish Parliament. Central to the strategy is the concept of recovery. Recovery is a process through which
a person is enabled to move-on from their problem drug use towards a drug-free life and become an active and contributing

- Drugs Strategy Delivery Commission: The Drugs Strategy Delivery Commission was established in 2009 by the Scottish Government. The Commission's role is to assess
