Preserve the Presidio’s historic buildings through re-use; capitalize on regional demand for housing and complete rehabilitation
of the Presidio’s historic homes; convert select historic non-residential buildings to residential; secure unoccupied historic
buildings to prevent damage due to weather, pests, and vandalism
