1: Recommandations

SBREFA requires the SBA Administrator to appoint each regional board. The Boards provide an opportunity for representative of small businesses to come together on a regional basis and assess the enforcement and compliance activities of Federal agencies, evaluate the performance and make recommendations on ways to improve the enforcement and compliance environment for small businesses.
