Performance Indicators - Small Business Contracting Share: * Meet the statutory goal for 23 percent of federal prime contracting dollars going to small businesses. * Meet the federal prime contracting goals for small disadvantaged businesses – 8(a) program participants (5 percent), women-owned small businesses (5 percent), service-disabled veteran owned small businesses (3 percent), and HUBZone firms (3 percent).
