Other Information:

Maintain and improve high levels of customer satisfaction, both with respect to the loan application process and post-approval, and measure results using an annual American Customer Satisfaction Index survey. Our communication with customers indicates that other than declined loan applications; the biggest concern is the availability of financing when it is needed.
