Retaining Medicare savings for Medicare alone. Beginning immediately, any savings in the Medicare program are prohibited from
being credited to the cost of current or future "health care reform" provisions that fund Medicare benefits or subsidize those
who are not enrolled in the program. Five years after enactment, any remaining savings from traditional Medicare are deposited
into the new unified Medicare trust fund.
