The Congressional Public Service Caucus is a bipartisan, bicameral Member organization committed to building public and congressional support for a well-trained, high-performing federal workforce and advancing policies that will help the government attract and retain talented Americans. The goal of the Congressional Public Service Caucus is to ensure that lawmakers have the information they need to develop sound policy on federal workforce issues. The Caucus hosts programs of interest to both Members and Congressional staff in order to provide an opportunity for them to exchange ideas on these important issues and allow Members to demonstrate their commitment to a world-class civil service.
