fields and our staff must stay abreast of new technology. Measure (Performance Indicator) # 2: Provide appropriate training
opportunities to internal staff. Training is important to ensure staff can move the Agency forward. Measure (Performance Indicator)
#3: Provide cross-servicing assignments to enable the IRMD staff to become knowledgeable of all IRMD functions, (a) ensuring
adequate IRMD coverage in times of staffing shortages and heavy workloads and (b) maintaining adequate customer/user support.
