2.a.4.ii: Legacy Data

In conjunction with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the ODNI will make available in open formats, unclassified ODNI legacy data previously released prior to 2005, including National Intelligence Council products (conversion scheduled to be completed in 180 days).
