Other Information:

We will strengthen our ability to manage our expenses by developing a better understanding of how our staff are spending their time. This type of information will be particularly important for our major accident investigations, for which project durations can be 12 months or more. We will implement a time reporting system, a software solution that will allow tracking of staff time by project and activity.
