2.11: Cross-City Networks

Expand and strengthen cross-city networks of elected and appointed municipal leaders in the areas of education, early childhood, and youth participation/leadership, utilizing these networks to build NLC’s visibility and leadership in these areas and developing new networks in other program areas as appropriate
