4.1: Broadband and Wireless Access Ensure students and educators have broadband access to the Internet and adequate wireless connectivity both in and out of school. Other Information: Students and educators need adequate broadband bandwidth for accessing the Internet and technology-based learning resources. “Adequate” should be defined as the ability to use the Internet in school, on the surrounding campus, throughout the community, and at home. It should also include simultaneous use of high-bandwidth resources, such as multimedia, communication and collaboration environments, and communities.
