Strategies: • Ensure that organizational structure and reporting and working relationships are clearly aligned with the Agency’s Strategic Plan and goals. • Preserve flexibility in managing work, particularly to ensure that the Agency is able to respond quickly to changing needs and priorities. • Review Agency staffing and implement appropriate succession planning. • Ensure staffing structure provides career development opportunities and continuity of operations in the event of staffing changes.
