Improve institutional links between NATO and the UN.

Other Information:

NATO and the UN should improve their institutional links. A NATO liaison office at the UN would allow Alliance leaders to engage more easily with the Secretariat and with UN members. Additional forms of cooperation should be explored including participation in each other's training and exercise activities.
