The regional toolkit - We will develop a systematic approach to regional development at the sub-provincial or sub-state level. However, this will not be a menu-driven set of prescriptive actions. Instead, it will be a process by which we can work with regional managers and public representatives to assess their circumstances and develop appropriate strategies.
