Tracking economic performance and inclusiveness - We will monitor the inclusiveness of jurisdictions' prosperity achievements in an attempt to understand whether all groups are sharing in prosperity and the extent to which public policy is balancing level and distribution goals. We will also track people's prosperity over time - recognizing that many existing measures are merely limited snapshots.
