User Authentication with Certificates, moving to Common Access Card

Other Information:

To protect user identities and content, strategies are being considered for using or issuing soft certificates. Eventually individuals issued CAC cards should be able to log in via PIN. The vision is for content created and assigned a certificate should retain creator credentials, even when moved to different grids.
