4: Communications Strategy
Design and implement a communications strategy that: (1) raises the awareness of issues related to long-term preservation
and access to digital content; (2) targets stakeholder communities to encourage involvement in a national preservation network;
(3) shares new and evolving approaches to the life-cycle management of digital content; (4) provides forums and information
on issues of intellectual property and preservation under the current law; and (5) involves the key participants in a national
network in the development of a technical architecture supporting many diverse partners.
