Recognizing Enterprises that Cultivated Human Resources and Achieved Results Other Information:
IPA established the IT Vendor HRD Award for SME for Excellence to honor IT SMEs that achieved results in nurturing human resources.
The awarded enterprises have higher name recognition and can, of course, expect to reap benefits when recruiting personnel
and in business transactions. The purpose of the award is for all participating enterprises to diagnose the state of their
human resource development and have the opportunity to receive suggestions for nurturing even better human resources.
