Exploratory IT Human Resources Project (The MITOH Program) -- IPA runs the Exploratory IT Human Resources Project (The MITOH
Program) with the aim of discovering and developing outstanding human resources with the creativity and capability to create
new IT markets. Coaches (project managers) who have excellent skills and achievements, discover and nurture the "creators"
chosen through public advertisement. To date, the project has produced 238 "Super Creators" certified special outstanding
human resources - who are active in a various fields around the world as human resources, opening new IT fields.
