Establish a Quality Management System throughout the Agency Other Information:
Actions: (i) Adopt appropriate quality management standards for application throughout the Agency along with policy, objectives
and necessary procedures and work instructions. (ii) Train staff in quality management practices and procedures with the aim
of creating a quality management culture throughout the Agency. (iii) Apply continual process improvement methodology to all
work processes. (iv) Monitor the effectiveness of and continually improve the Quality Management System.
