1: Recommandations

This Commission was established by Congress in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2008 (P.L. 110-161), thus the Commission is necessary to fulfil the law. The Commission was created by Congress to examine and assess the needs of children as they relate to preparation for, response to, and recovery from natural and manmade disasters.
