How We Will Accomplish Our Objective - Support rigorous enforcement of child support obligations. - Provide states and tribes with financial incentives to increase the amount of collections on overdue child support given directly to families, especially those that have left welfare. - Require states and tribes to regularly review and adjust child support orders for families that participate in TANF. - Provide training and technical assistance to state and tribal child support enforcement agencies on the use of the Federal Parent Locator Services and best collection practices. - Identify access and safe visitation practices that encourage non-custodial parents to be more involved in their children’s lives.
