How We Will Accomplish Our Objective - Disseminate health care quality information through provider networks, faith-based
and community groups, and Internet information sites. - Work with private sector partners to educate Medicare beneficiaries
on making informed decisions about health care. - Work with private sector and health care provider communities to develop
and make publicly available standardized, risk-adjusted indicators of health care quality that are meaningful to purchasers,
providers, and consumers. - Conduct research to improve information about nursing home quality so that comparative information
provided to consumers about nursing home quality is riskadjusted, valid and reliable.
