The Interagency Resources Management Conference, also called IRMCO, is an annual conference sponsored by GSA to help fulfill the agency's educational responsibility. It gathers government policy and management experts together to inform senior managers about initiatives critical to their leadership positions. IRMCO is developed in conjunction with members of policymaking organizations such as the Office of Management and Budget, as well as the Chief Information Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Acquisition Officers, and Chief Human Capital Officers councils. Some sessions at IRMCO also offer program management continuous learning credits for updating critical skills.
