9.2: Government Contact Center Council Provide a leadership forum for the federal government’s contact centers. Other Information: The Government Contact Center Council, also known as the G3C provides a leadership forum for the federal government’s contact centers. The council ensures that help is available to resolve issues ranging performance measurement and customer satisfaction to the availability of emergency response resources. It provides members with formal training opportunities and invites experts to speak at meetings.
