GSA moderators monitored the site and categorized comments received from the public as on-topic, off-topic, or in violation of the participation terms. On-topic ideas were forwarded to the appropriate program offices, and off-topic ideas were moved to an off-topic section of the site. Program offices responded to relevant ideas. GSA has also used Facebook and its home page (www.gsa.gov) to promote the public dialogue. GSA’s engagement process is included as Appendix 4.
