Initiative: Creating GSA-wide IT Self-Service Campaign. Service: GSA IT Capabilities. Description: GSA-wide IT Self-Service Campaign will directly connect the customer to IT self-help resources in a central repository. Challenges: High employee engagement with the GSA IT Service Desk but low awareness of alternate service models such as self help. Outcomes: This program is intended to improve service that OCIO provides to GSA employees by providing improved self service.
