GSA manages, maintains, and secures these extensive holdings in trust for the Federal government and the taxpaying public. OUTCOMES: A viable, self-sustaining real property inventory for GSA. Increased emphasis on management of the governmentwide portfolio of assets. Reduced energy consumption while keeping operating costs low and customer satisfaction high. Better use of excess real and personal property and more efficient disposal of both. Leased motor vehicles at below commercial rates. Purchased motor vehicles at below market prices.
