Evaluate emerging technologies and implement proven IRTM solutions. Other Information:
Evaluate new technologies in an organized way, select those that have strategic value to accomplishing the mission of the
Service, and implement them in a well disciplined manner. Rapid changes in technology pose a challenge to understand and assess
their potential application to Service work. Without a framework to perform evaluation, implementation of new technologies
will be haphazard and expensive.
