Performance Targets - Close out 85 percent of eligible cost reimbursable contracts during each fiscal year. Organizations
throughout the agency will continue to implement cost efficiency initiatives including, but not limited to: – 10-15% savings
for strategic sourcing for selected products and services; – Consolidating facilities and services, such as service areas,
real property management, and web services; – 3% reduction in help desk operating costs through consolidations; – Eliminating
or reducing obsolete technology; and – $15 million reduction in Information Technology operating costs Obtain an unqualified
opinion on the agency’s financial statements (Clean Audit with no material weaknesses) each fiscal year.
