Performance Targets - Achieve an average daily airport capacity for the 35 OEP airports of 104,338 arrivals and departures
per day by FY 2011. Commission six new runway projects, increasing the annual service volume of the 35 OEP airports by at
least 1 percent annually, measured as a five-year moving average, through FY 2011. Sustain adjusted operational availability
of 99.7 percent for the reportable facilities that support the 35 OEP airports through FY 2011. Achieve an average daily airport
capacity for the seven major metropolitan areas of 64,060 arrivals and departures per day by FY 2009, and maintain through
FY 2011.
