Raise the quality of research funded or conducted by the Department Other Information:
The Department is a primary source of funding for education research. Thus, we have an opportunity and an obligation to ensure
that the research funded or published by the Department is of the highest quality. We will develop and enforce rigorous standards,
overhaul the peer review process, and focus the Department’s research activities on topics of greatest relevance to educational
practice.
