are fair, equitable and efficient, in particular for the quality, timeliness and impartiality of the work. Continue to use
new and cutting edge technologies to improve the public's access to EEOC to obtain information about the charge filing process
and to secure information about the status of charges, to include the National Contact Center operations and EEOC's website.
Partner with Fair Employment Practice Agencies (FEPAs) to explore innovative methods for assessing future quality and timeliness
performance measures.
