DEFENSE OUTREACH REQUEST SYSTEM - By late 2010, a new Department-wide Web-based system will allow members of the public to request aviation (e.g., flyovers) and musical support for public events and track the status of their requests. Currently requests must be submitted to each Military Service individually.
