2.7: Outreach, Training, and Technical Assistance

Provide outreach, training and technical assistance to encourage partner agencies to apply asset (i.e., pavements, runways, bridges, tunnels, roadway safety hardware) management systems, principles and techniques along with economic evaluation and tradeoff analysis to improve decision-making from the planning phase through the engineering, operations and maintenance phases.
