3.1: Strategic Plan
Review and revise DOI's Strategic Plan Other Information:
OVERVIEW OF DOI STRATEGIC GOALS AND OUTCOMES DOI protects and manages the Nation’s natural resources and cultural heritage;
provides scientific and other information about those resources; and honors its trust responsibilities or special commitments
to American Indians, Alaska Natives, and affiliated Island Communities. The DOI Strategic Plan is currently under review and
revision in consultations with the bureaus, pursuant to provisions for the Government Performance and Results Act of 1993.
The Department will continue to operate under its current Strategic Plan for FY 2007-2012 (available at: http://www.doi.gov/ppp/Strategic%20Plan%20FY07-12/strat_plan_fy2007_2012.pdf)
until a revised plan is released.
